Kristin Litten comes to the SPBCBA with over 25 years of experience working in Palm Beach County in various roles, including marketing, sales, sales management, business development and business ownership. Kristin is a networking advocate and has devoted her skillset towards building relationships with professionals in the community.
She lives in Boynton Beach with her husband of 20 years, Jordan, and their 3 teenage children, Ethan, Aidan and Olivia. She enjoys spending her free time with her active family. Her hobbies include running, fitness and reading.

Caroline Smolka joined The South Palm Beach County Bar Association in late 2022. She is a Florida native with an undergraduate degree from Florida State University and a graduate degree from Nova Southeastern University. Caroline spent over 15 years in the education field in various positions, working with graduate-level college students, high school seniors, and 2nd graders! Her keen eye for detail, creativeness, and organization, plus her passion and knowledge of technology, has made her an integral part of our team.
Caroline lives in Boca Raton with her husband of 20 years, Alex, their two sons, David and Jacob, and her four stepchildren, Tevya, Avi, Michaela, and Johanna. The best way to describe the Smolka family’s busy life….“You call it chaos, we call it family.”
