The Florida Bar launched Counsel to Counsel, a first-of-its-kind mentoring program designed to pair new lawyers with those who are more established in their careers.
The program has been more than a year in the making, a priority set by Gary S. Lesser, Florida Bar President.
There are thousands of new lawyers who could be eligible to participate and gain practical experience from established attorneys about how to build a professional reputation and create a successful practice.
