Civil Practice & Appellate Committee

The Civil Practice & Appellate Committee is comprised of attorneys whose practice primarily focuses on state and federal appeals, in addition to complex litigation support for other attorneys.  We meet several times a year for lunch in order to exchange substantive information and discuss procedures, as well as to plan seminars of interest to appellate and trial practitioners alike. All of our members are willing to speak at any South Palm Beach County Bar Association committee meeting or event where an appellate perspective would be of assistance.  For more information, please contact either Co-Chair.
