ADR/Mediation Committee

The ADR/Mediation Committee of the South Palm Beach County Bar conducts educational luncheons every other month. The luncheon meetings not only allow mediators, arbitrators and attorneys to meet and network, but provide substantive seminars on all aspects of ADR, including family mediation, civil circuit mediation and arbitration. Participants receive continuing educational credit for mediators and attorneys in the various areas needed. The Committee’s luncheons focus on all aspects of ADR including a traditional two hour “Role Playing Seminar” that allows all attendees to participate in mock mediations to challenge them on impasses, diversity issues and ethical dilemmas that mediators regularly address.
