To mark the month since the passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Temple Beth El has convened two internationally recognized people who had a personal relationship with Justice Ginsburg to reflect on her legacy as an advocate, as Supreme Court Justice, and who she was as a legacy as an advocate, as Supreme Court Justice, Jew, an icon and a trailblazer.
Supreme Court reporter Dahlia Lithwick and Ambassador Rabbi David Saperstein will keynote this panel discussion for the Honorable Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Temple Beth El’s Rabbi Dan Levin and Nuremberg Project chair Robin Bresky, JD will moderate the conversation about Justice Ginsburg’s life as lawyer, activist, legal scholar, and first Jewish woman to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court.
