Civil Practice Committee

The Civil Practice Committee of the South County Bar Association advances the practice of civil law through educational and social events among lawyers and judges. The committee’s recent educational events have included CLE programs on topics of interest to the practitioner, such as cannabis law, and a roundtable presentation of three Palm Beach County circuit court judges on tips for the practitioner, and our most recent social event was an evening of drinks and hors d’oevres with members of the bar and judiciary. These events foster the ability of the civil practice bar to gain familiarity with one another outside the courtroom, enhancing the quality and nature of their interactions, and the exchange of information and idea.
